Pets: Non-refundable fee of $50 per night, maximum weight per pet is 25 lbs. with a limit of two (2) pets per room.

Free parking has been negotiated by AVSA. Let the front desk know our group name upon check in. Hotel parking includes the lot around the hotel and an attached parking garage. The parking garage leads directly into the show and sales area.
* Must stay at convention hotel and register by May 4th to receive the AVSA discount.

- There is no hotel shuttle service.
- DFW Airport is 10 miles away and about 15-25 minutes from the property depending on traffic.
- Depending on the time of day and how busy, Uber/taxi pricing can range from $25-$55.

AVSA offers the free service of providing attendees the ability to reduce hotel expenses by sharing a room.
If interested, requests must be made by April 22, 2026 so all “violet friends” can be contacted in time to meet AVSA’s early booking discount deadline of May 4, 2026 in order to get the AVSA Early Bird discount*.
