Come have fun and bid to win!  If you’ve attended before, you know the excitement of winning that special item or rare plant material. If it’s your first time, you’ll enjoy the experience so much you’ll come back year after year.

It all starts with donations from our individual members, commercial members and clubs alike. Donations can be a violet related item or anything rare, unique or unusual in nature. Better yet, bring a plant or a starter set of recent introductions or vintage plants. A listing of donations and contributors are acknowledged on all tables.

To donate, bring your item(s) to convention. If you happen to know what you’re bringing, it would be helpful to let me know by completing the online donation form.

Want an early peek at the stash? Volunteers are needed to help inventory and stage items. Or come that day and be part of the “heat of the bidding” by being a spotter and providing receipts to the winning bidders. To help, complete the online form at Convention Volunteer Opportunities.

It’s great fun to bid and even more fun to win knowing with every contribution (either donating or bidding) you’re supporting AVSA. All proceeds go to AVSA’s general operating fund.
