2024 AVSA 78th Annual Convention
April 21 – April 28, 2024
Exhibitors wishing to enter an exhibit in the show must submit a completed horticulture entry form. Entry forms are available using the online form and in the First Class for All application. Exhibitors with First Class for All are encouraged to use the program’s entry form. Hardcopy entry forms will also be available in the Registration area during convention week.
Exhibitors are highly encouraged to submit their completed horticulture entry form by April 17, 2024. Early submittals will be accepted via the online form or via email to ConventionEntries@gmail.com. Please list all potential horticulture entries; it is easier to delete than to add in the program. Your cooperation and support of the early entries process is greatly appreciated. Exhibitors that cannot provide information in advance may bring a completed form to the Entries area on Wednesday, April 24.
Exhibits will be accepted on Wednesday, April 24 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitors should bring a copy of their completed entry form and a printed description for each entry to expedite the classification process.
Exhibitors with more than 20 entries must begin entries by 3:00 p.m. No exceptions.
Important note: There is very limited space in the Classification and Entries area. Major grooming of plants should be done in advance. Bring your exhibits and completed entry form to the area only when all your exhibits are ready to be entered.
