AVSA Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of the elected officers, the elected Directors, and the Chairs of the Standing Committees.
The Board normally meets once a year during the annual convention.
The elected officers plus the Finance Chair comprise the Executive Committee, which meets as needed, throughout the year.
