2025 AVSA 79th Annual Convention

Exhibitors wishing to enter an exhibit in the show must submit a completed horticulture entry form. Entry forms are available using the online form and in the First Class for All application. Exhibitors with First Class for All are encouraged to use the program’s entry form. Hardcopy entry forms will also be available in the Registration area during convention week.
Exhibitors are highly encouraged to submit their completed horticulture entry form by May 21, 2025. Early submittals will be accepted via the online form or using the Show Entry Form and emailing to ConventionEntries@gmail.com. Please list all potential horticulture entries; it is easier to delete than to add into the program. Your cooperation and support of the early entries process is greatly appreciated. Exhibitors that cannot provide information in advance may bring a completed form to the Entries area on Wednesday, May 28.
Exhibits will be accepted on Wednesday, May 28 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitors should bring a copy of their completed entry form and a printed description for each entry to expedite the classification process.
Exhibitors with more than 20 entries must begin entries by 3:00 p.m. No exceptions.
