May 12, 2023 – Last day to receive Sheraton’s discounted room group rate or until the group room block is full, whichever comes first.

To register by phone, call the Sheraton +1 (800) 325-3535 and reference the group name of African Violet Society of America to receive the discounted room rate.

• Discounted Room Group Rate (Kings or Doubles): $121 plus 16.9% state and local taxes, plus $5.00 per day State of Georgia Hotel Fee.
• When making your reservation, a credit/debit card is required at the time of your reservation but will not be charged. You must present a valid credit/debit card at time of check-in. The hotel is “cashless”. Please note the debit card policies upon check-in at the hotel.
• An individual’s deposit is fully refundable to that individual if the hotel receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service. They suggest using Uber, Lyft or taxi. A taxi is approximately $30 one way.
