April 21, 2022 – AVSA’s early booking discount of $10.00. See AVSA Convention Registration Form.
April 28, 2022 – Last day to receive Marriott’s discounted room group rate or until the group room block is full, whichever comes first.
➢ Discounted Room Group Rate: $121 + 15% Lodging Tax
Run of the House which are Doubles or Kings.
When guests are making their reservations, they can request the room type they prefer and have it noted on their reservation. When they arrive at check‐in, the front desk agents will see what they have requested and will assign them that room type – based on availability. For room requests other than Doubles or Kings, call the hotel directly.

• When reservations are made, the hotel requires a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation
• An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if the hotel receives notice of an individual’s cancellation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival

• The hotel does not offer free area shuttle service. However, the hotel offers complimentary airport transportation based on availability.
• Service Animals are allowed. For pets, the Marriott Hotel Pet Acceptance Agreement. Signed form is required at hotel check-in.

Shuttle Service from the Airport to the Marriott
Shuttle service runs from 5 a.m. ‐ 11 p.m. There is no charge for this service if you are staying at the Little Rock Marriott. To make shuttle reservations, call 501‐906‐4000. The reservations need to be made a day in advance. If you’re going to be delayed arriving and would get in after 11 p.m. AND HAVE A SHUTTLE RESERVATION, you can call the 501‐906‐4000 number and they’ll still pick you up
Parking Information
For those of you driving to the Little Rock, AR, convention, here is how parking will work. Parking is $12 per car, per exit, per day. AVSA convention attendees will be able to receive a $6 parking discount at the Convention District Parking Deck located at the corner of 2nd and Main Street. That reduces the $12 charge per car, per exit, per day to just $6 per car, per exit, per day. Each time you exit the parking structure will cost you just $6 instead of $12. A map of this area is on the AVSA Convention website.
Before you exit the parking deck, you will need to make sure your ticket is stamped by AVSA or that you have picked up a stamped business card for discounted parking that will be available at the Registration Table. This will alert the attendant that you are attending our AVSA Little Rock Convention and have discounted parking.
Note: If you arrive when Registration is not open, a sign at the Registration desk will direct you to someone who has the stamped business cards.
Is Room Sharing For You?
Room sharing has become very successful. Are you interested in reducing your expenses by sharing a room with someone? We offer this service to anyone interested free of charge.
When you have considered your plans and wish to share a sleeping room with someone, please complete this online form immediately. All requests must be made by April 11, 2022, so we may contact all interested “violet friends” and meet the AVSA registration early deadline of April 21, 2022 to get the $10.00 discount.
