Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Which airport has the free shuttle service to/from the Marriott Hotel?

A: The Marriott Hotel only provides shuttle service to/from the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. Reservations are required. See Hotel Information.

Q: Is proof of a COVID-19 vaccination required to register for convention?

A: No. At this time, the CDC has lifted the requirements for masks and the state of Arkansas does not require them either, nor does the hotel. Also, there are no requirements for vaccinations or proof of such to travel. Each airline has its own specific requirements, which are also continuing to evolve. As part of Convention Registration, you will need to acknowledge the COVID-19 Liability Release.

I am not an AVSA member; can I attend or visit the Little Rock 2022 convention?

Yes! The public is very welcome to come be part of the fun.

One day passes ($40.00) are available for Friday and Saturday. The day pass allows you to participate in the activities for that day at convention. You can participate in raffles, attend the seminars/presentations, see the show room and shop in the sales room.

A Show room only pass ($5.00) gets you into the show room, which displays all the show plants and designs of convention. There will be 100s of plants and designs for your viewing pleasure.

If you join the African Violet Society of America ($35.00) during the convention, you can get into the show room for free.
