Who Are We?
Glenda Williams opened Glenda’s House of Violets in 2017 with a goal of being a one-stop-shop for growing products & supplies for all your African Violet, Other Gesneriads, & many other items you might grow in your garden, home, or office setting.
Glenda is a native Texan, gardening enthusiast, and has grown African Violets (AVs) and Gesneriads since the 1970s. She has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Houston with 42 years in the Information Technology industry including over 26 years of service with the State of Texas.
